1. Plan 1 ------Discharge protein water directly;
2. Plan 2 ------Recycle all protein water back to Drier directly;
3. Plan 3 ------Protein water back to Drier after Concentrated;
4. Plan 4 ------Concentrate protein water to make fish soluble paste;
