Function of Disc Centrifuge

 

1. Realize three-phase separation of crude fish oil, protein water and solid slag in one process.
2. Purify crude fish oil by removing moisture and fine impurities to improve oil quality.
3. Separate clear protein water for subsequent heating and evaporation, recover soluble protein and increase fish meal yield.
4. Discharge solid residues such as fine bone and meat crumbs to prevent pipeline and evaporator blockage.
