Product Description

Function of Horizontal Centrifuge

 

1. Perform solid-liquid separation for cooked fish slurry, separating into solid fish residue and liquid mixture of protein water and crude fish oil.
2. Dehydrate solid slag to reduce moisture content, lower energy consumption for subsequent drying.
3. Separate liquid phase containing protein and fish oil for further recovery by disc centrifuge and protein water tank.
4. Remove solid impurities such as fish bone and meat crumbs to avoid pipeline and equipment blockage.
5. Adopt continuous automatic feeding, separation and slag discharge to meet uninterrupted production.
